If the product(s) you received are defective or if it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.
Please do not send your products back before emailing us.
Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted. CardGameShop.com will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items.
