What currency are the prices displayed in?

How can i pay for my order?

You can pay your invoice with PayPal, Moneybookers and Credit Cards.

Is my credit card secure?

Yes, we utilise a variety of security measures to maintain the privacy and safety of your personal information. All customer contact information are contained behind a “firewall“ and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access right. All sensitive/credit information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology directly to the banking system and then immediately disposed of when the transaction is complete. What are my shipping options?

We ship your orders using UPS and USPS. There are several options available.

What will fit in a USPS Envelope?

• 1-4 sets of copag or kem playing cards
• 1-3 sets of modiano playing cards
• 1-25 dealer buttons or card guards
• 25-175 poker chips

Please select a different shipping option if your order contains more items than mentioned above. 

When will my order ship?

Cardgameshop.com ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Please be aware poker tables take longer to ship.

I need my order fast, what are my options?

We can offer UPS 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air and USPS Express Mail.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship to United States and Canada.

Not from USA or Canada? No problem.

We can ship virtually anywhere. Just contact us with your address and desired order details and we will help you out. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortuantely, we only ship to street addresses.

What happens if my package is delivered when I’m not home?

A 'signature on delivery' is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specified shipping address. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your work address if possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled or modified. However if you need to change the order and we have stock we will try to accommodate your request. To send requested changes please contact us.

Can I return my item?

Do you sell authentic brands?

Do you sell customised poker chips?

No. We do not sell customised poker chips. We want to give our customers quality poker products we would use ourselves. We do not sell, nor recommend customising poker chips because of the poor quality of chips and material used on those chips.

We value your privacy. We do not share or sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further deatils.

What are pre-orders and how does it work? 

When you pre-order a Cardgameshop.com item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. Cardgameshop.com delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our warehouse. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy page for detailed information.
